It's My Hair ATL accepts all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, and Discover and PayPal. A PayPal account is not needed in order to make payments via PayPal's secure processing system. To use this option, simply check out as a guest without creating a PayPal account. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you may be required to further verify your identity and authorize payment. PayPal uses industy-leading technology (ie. SSL) to keep any sensitive personal and/or financial information safe. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information and it is not shared with It's My Hair ATL other than information needed to ship your order.
We do not offer refunds on our products, but would be glad to offer you an exchange or store credit within the first seven (7) days of receipt of your order if you receive a product that you believe is defective. Within the first 7 days of receipt, please email email@example.com and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.
Please note that before any exchange, store credit or replacement hair is honored, we must receive the returned hair to inspect and determine its quality. A restocking fee may apply. We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are in fact defective. Refunds, replacements and exchanges are not accepted on hair that has been processed in any manner (coloring, lifting, etc). Hair purchased on SALE or PROMOTION is FINAL SALE and can not be returned or exchanged.
